The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model and seeks locum tenens CRNA coverage to address vacation staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. The state provides access to cultural destinations, natural landscapes, and year-round activities including coastal areas, state parks, and historic sites. Clinicians on assignment will find varied options for leisure and exploration throughout the region during time away from the clinical setting. About the Clinician‘s Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under an autonomous practice model during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in Georgia, covering vacation needs. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with an 8-hour daily guarantee, and call coverage is negotiable at a 1:5 ratio, with the requirement that clinicians remain local when on call. Call hours commence after all OR cases are completed or after 5:00 PM if cases conclude before that time. The surgical case mix includes orthopedic, neuro/spine, podiatry, GI, eyes, ENT, and general surgery cases, and board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
