Senior Window Installer

Marvin is seeking a Senior Window Installer to lead the installation of premium residential and commercial windows, doors, and skylights. In this role, you will perform advanced installations, troubleshoot complex field issues, and ensure products meet exacting quality, safety, and performance standards. You’ll read and interpret construction documents, measure and prepare openings, and guide crews on proper installation techniques and tool use. Senior Installers mentor junior team members, coordinate with site supervisors and customers, and help improve processes to support Marvin’s people-first, craftsmanship-driven culture.
