Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC KY Physical Therapy State License Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting is required. Valid driver‘s license and auto insurance with your name as a listed driver.

Assignment Details Schedule: M-F, 8:15am - 5pm. Weekend requirement: 1 weekend per month on-call.
