What you'll need: MD/DO from an accredited medical school, active Nevada medical license, DEA registration, board certified or eligible. Geriatrics, post-acute, SNF, LTC, or medically complex population is preferred. 

✅ $211,369–$317,053 base + $20K sign-on bonus 
✅ Quarterly Incentive Plan — based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation 
✅ Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program 
✅ Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + $2K reimbursement)
