Automotive Technician | $32–$47/HR + Bonuses | No Weekends

Location: Burlington, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends | Flexible Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $32–$47/hour
Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus
Earning Potential: $70,000–$125,000+ annually

KarMart is hiring experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians for its Chrysler/Dodge-focused shop in Burlington, WA.

You'll have a consistent 45–50+ hour workload, weekly production bonuses, paid Mopar training, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do

A-Level Technicians

  • Diagnose electrical, CAN bus, drivability, and engine concerns
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and mechanical repairs
  • Complete quality repairs while maintaining production

B-Level Technicians

  • Perform brakes, steering, suspension, and cooling system repairs
  • Handle general automotive repair work independently
  • Build your skills without advanced diagnostics being required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience for A-Level opportunities
  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience for B-Level opportunities
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical skills for A-Level Technicians
  • Strong mechanical repair skills for B-Level Technicians
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred but not required
  • Chrysler/Mopar experience preferred but not required
