Industrial Cleaning Technician

Our client, an industry leader in transportation and logistics, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaning Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Cleaning Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Technician

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: First Shift (can start as early as 5am-7am; hours may vary depending on trailer needs)

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning and sanitization of tank trailers, including interior and exterior surfaces
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment, such as high-pressure washers and steam units
• Inspect tank trailers for residue, damage, or wear and report findings to the supervisor
• Document cleaning processes and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes
• Adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating cleaning machinery

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in an industrial or outdoor environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if needed
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation processes
• Familiarity with or ability to learn high-pressure washers, steam systems, and cleaning equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/materials (often 25–50 lbs)
