Evergreen Woods seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on clinical care to senior residents in our North Branford retirement community. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document care, and support RN care plans while promoting safety, dignity, and engagement. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will communicate with residents and families, respond to changes in condition, and support wellness and restorative programs in a respectful, person-centered environment that encourages growth and community involvement.
