Full job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation within our inpatient hospital setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients in regaining independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide thorough education to patients and families, document in the EMR, and contribute to a supportive, nurturing culture with strong professional growth opportunities.
