Join Victory Clinic as a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician and help provide innovative treatment for resistant depression in Manhattan, KS. This 100% outpatient Psychiatry opportunity offers a supportive, physician-owned environment focused on patient relationships, provider wellness, and meaningful care.

The Position:
• $325,000 guaranteed salary
• Monday through Friday schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays
• 100% outpatient Psychiatry focused on TMS and SPRAVATO treatments
• Full TMS and SPRAVATO training and certification provided
• Ideal for General or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists
• 15 PTO days + 6 holidays + 5 CME days
• $10,000 CME allowance
• Full benefits including health, dental, vision, malpractice, and 401(k) with employer contribution
• Dedicated support staff handle intake, billing, credentialing, and prior authorizations
• Relocation assistance available
