Job Summary
The expected pay rate is $21.50 /hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily checks of stock, including food, beverages, service ware, and other lounge amenities, to ensure adequate supply levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive, unload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisors as needed.
- Organization and Storage: Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas to be clean, tidy, and orderly, facilitating easy access and optimal space utilization.
- Stock Replenishment: Restock lounge areas, shelves, or display areas with merchandise and supplies as needed, collaborating with front-of-house or sales teams to ensure timely availability.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory records, potentially using basic computer software, scanning devices, or inventory control systems.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain the general cleanliness of the stockroom and lounge areas, including proper handling of waste and cleaning equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers and other staff (e.g., sales associates, attendants) to ensure smooth operations and support overall guest satisfaction.
Your profile
- Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage or customer service preferred
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant type setting
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8-10 hrs.); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and willingness to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
- Food Handler’s license and Responsible Beverage Service license or the ability to obtain
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights and/or weekends and holidays
- Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge

What to Expect After You Apply
Your application is the first step in your aviation career. Depending on the position and airport location, a station-based Talent Acquisition Business Partner may reach out with an invitation to attend one of our upcoming hiring events or an onsite interview.
Attending an onsite event allows you to interview in person and immediately move forward in the process if you receive an offer. Onsite, you'll also complete required onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screening, which may include an oral fluid drug screen. Our talent acquisition and human resource team will be onsite to guide you through the onboarding paperwork and drug screen.
Because our employees work in secure airport environments, and safety is the standard in our operations, you will also need to complete the required airport security-clearance (badging) process and Swissport training before beginning work. Our team will help you schedule your badging appointment once the onboarding paperwork and drug screen have been completed at the onsite hiring event.
