Looking to build a relationship with a backup/part-time nanny for our infant

Initially, we're hoping to find someone available for a few hours(or full 8 hours sometimes) on some weekends and occasional backup care as needed. Over time, there may be an opportunity for additional hours depending on fit and our family's needs. We're looking for someone who: * Has experience with toddlers. * Is reliable, warm, and safety-focused. * Communicates openly and professionally. * Is comfortable following parent preferences regarding feeding, sleep routines, outings, and other aspects of care. * Is collaborative and receptive to feedback * Is up to date on recommended vaccinations and comfortable discussing illness policies when caring for a toddler.
