Overview

Boardwalk Honda is part of Group 1 Automotive , a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
• Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
• Honda or Acura experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturday's
• Interpersonal Communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Compensation: The compensation range reasonably expected for this position is $80'000 - $150,000/ a year .
