Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on technical training on production and decoration equipment
• Train employees on Helix, DTF, UV Printing, Laser Engraving, Pad Print, and related processes
• Demonstrate safe and efficient machine operation
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching as needed
• Assist with onboarding and development of new production employees
• Ensure quality standards and production procedures are followed
• Work closely with supervisors to identify training needs and improve employee performance

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
