Physical Therapist

Health In Motion is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our collaborative outpatient team. You will evaluate patients with orthopedic and sports injuries, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. Responsibilities include patient and family education, detailed EMR documentation, and close collaboration with PTAs and referring providers.
