A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Physical Security Project Manager Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 24 months Location: Sacramento California As a Physical Security Project Manager, you will: In this role, you'll orchestrate projects from concept to completion, bringing together cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. You'll be responsible for turning strategic objectives into actionable plans, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and delivering results that strengthen enterprise security and operational resilience. What You'll Do:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Lead end-to-end project delivery for physical security, infrastructure, and technology initiatives.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Develop project plans, define milestones, establish deadlines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful outcomes.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Compliance, Procurement, Security teams, and external partners to align project goals and execution strategies.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Monitor project performance, track dependencies, manage risks, and provide clear status updates to leadership.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Drive project implementation through planning, deployment, testing, turnover, and final closeout.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and business impact.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Champion continuous improvement, leveraging creativity and sound judgment to solve complex challenges and optimize project delivery.</li></ul> What Makes You a Great Fit:<ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of project management experience in security, infrastructure, facilities, or related technical environments.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while influencing stakeholders across various business functions.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools such as Microsoft Project or similar project management platforms.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Hands-on experience with enterprise physical security technologies, including:</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">CCure 9000 for access control administration, configuration, and operational support.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">ExacqVision or comparable video management systems.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Experience partnering with third-party vendors and internal IT, Security, and Compliance teams to support system deployment, maintenance, and issue resolution.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.5in">Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
