Our pediatric dental office is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our positive, fast-paced pediatric dental team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect payments
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support daily office flow and team communication

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred (5+ years)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable with dental software and basic insurance knowledge
