Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 24-hour beeper call (7a–7a); call-only coverage; approximately 1 week per month with 3–4 call shifts (potentially more if available)
Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Types of Cases: Urology cases requiring surgical skills.
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
Certifications Required: Board Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
Licensure Required:

Active Washington medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
