Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric and post-acute rehabilitation patients preferred.
Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
