Position Details

๐Ÿ“ Grand Junction, Colorado

๐Ÿ’ฒ Pay Range: $26.00 - $38.52 per hour DOE

๐Ÿ’ฐ $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires

Full-Time Schedule

๐Ÿ•’ Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

โฐ 6:00 AM โ€“ 6:30 PM

PRN Schedule

Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.

PRN Commitment Requirements:

  • Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
  • At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend
  • Must maintain active employment status and complete all required trainings and competencies

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
  • Complete assessments and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

โœ” Current Colorado LPN License

โœ” Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

โœ” Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

โœ” Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

โœ” Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
