Metric Motors is a busy, family-owned independent repair shop that has been serving the Holmes community since 1979. We operate a high-volume facility with:

• 10 bays / 10 lifts
• Alignment rack
• Approximately 250 vehicles per week

We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor who thrives on helping customers, managing a busy workflow, and earning great money.

• Starting pay around $70,000+
• Base pay + commission after training

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and perform vehicle intake
• Write repair orders and present estimates
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Manage repair orders from start to finish
• Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Typical schedule: 50–55 hours per week
