Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring function, safety, and independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
