Full job description

Rula Health seeks a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist (no associates) to provide virtual psychotherapy to adults across diverse backgrounds. In this remote-first role, you’ll conduct diagnostic assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver ongoing telehealth sessions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. You’ll document thoroughly in our EHR, coordinate with psychiatrists and other providers, support medication adherence and safety planning, and maintain HIPAA-compliant care while contributing to Rula’s mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health services.
