Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
  • Ability to provide occasional telehealth services as needed (preferred).
  • Willingness to work one weekend rotation per month.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
  • Shift Name: Other.
  • Float requirement: May be required to float to other nearby facilities.
