Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
- Ability to provide occasional telehealth services as needed (preferred).
- Willingness to work one weekend rotation per month.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
- Shift Name: Other.
- Float requirement: May be required to float to other nearby facilities.
