Food Production Worker

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Food Production Worker to join their team. As a Food Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Worker

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay: $16/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in daily operations of the food manufacturing plant by preparing ingredients and operating line equipment
• Package finished products and ensure quality standards are met through visual inspection
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and machinery in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle materials safely, including ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished products
• Support the production line to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

What's Needed?

• No formal education requirements; all training provided
• Multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, including English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, or Nepali speakers
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to safety and food quality standards
