Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

Sevita is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to deliver person-centered therapy services in home and community-based settings. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create evidence-based treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote mobility, independence, and quality of life for individuals of all ages and abilities.
