New Grad RN Residency

Mercy is seeking New Grad RNs for our structured Residency Program at Mercy South. In this full-time role, you will transition from student to professional nurse through comprehensive orientation, precepted clinical practice, and classroom learning. Residents provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in EMRs while developing strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
