The Surgical Tech prepares and maintains sterile fields, assists physicians during C-sections and related procedures, and ensures proper handling and care of instruments and supplies. Responsibilities include equipment setup, counting sponges and instruments, maintaining infection control standards, and supporting the clinical team with patient positioning and room turnover.
