Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience with HCHB is required

Assignment Details

40 expected hours per week
Coverage area includes Morgan, Cass, Schuyler, Scott, Brown, Adams, and Pike counties
Key duties include patient visits, oversight of PTA, care coordination, team meetings, and case management
