As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based rehabilitation to patients recovering from major illness and injury in an inpatient setting. You will evaluate functional limitations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions focused on maximizing independence, mobility, and quality of life. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
