We are seeking a part-time Radiologic (X-Ray) Technologist to join our outpatient orthopaedic team. This position offers a predictable daytime schedule with no nights, no call, and no holidays— allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Position Highlights

* Monday - Friday schedule (occasional coverage of walk-in clinic on Saturday/Sunday)
* Outpatient orthopaedic setting

Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging for orthopaedic patients
* Position patients properly for musculoskeletal imaging studies
* Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
* Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols
* Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
* Maintain accurate imaging records within the electronic medical record system
* Assist with clinic workflow and patient preparation as needed
* Communicate effectively with immediate coworkers as well as those throughout the clinic.

Requirements:
Qualifications
Required
* American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required.
* Valid, unrestricted Wisconsin Radiographer license (with no limitations, stipulations, or
* pending adverse actions).
* Completed AMA-approved, radiologic technology training (2 year minimum) or associate or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field.
* Current CPR/AED certification.
Preferred
* Experience as an x-ray technologist, preferably in an orthopedic or hospital setting.
* Proficient in operating x-ray equipment and related technology.
* Strong understanding of anatomy, particularly the musculoskeletal system.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to safely lift and position patients for imaging procedures.
* Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as EPIC
* Competence in using imaging software such as PACS.
