Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services to senior residents in our premier Cañon City community. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one and group therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
