FOX Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will evaluate and treat communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop person-centered treatment plans, and document outcomes using EMR tools. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate caregivers, and participate in clinical mentorship and continuing education.
