- Build, manage, and continuously improve scalable optimization systems, including structured data, automation workflows, and integrations with search and AI visibility tools. Oversee data and prompt inputs, taxonomy, and platform maintenance (internal, as well as external vendor tools) to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with editorial, product, engineering, data, brand marketing, video, press, paid media, and social teams to translate technical and platform enhancements into measurable marketing impact
- Inform and help implement technical SEO/AEO improvements—including site architecture, indexing, and content structures—to improve discoverability and LLM ingestion, retrieval, and citations
- Establish and operationalize measurement systems and testing frameworks to quantify the impact of content, technical, and product-driven changes
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure execution of recommendations that improve visibility across search and AI ecosystems
Basic Requirements:

- Experience leveraging and maintaining AI/search visibility and optimization platforms (e.g., Profound, SEMRush, or similar)
- Strategic understanding of YouTube/social/UGC platforms’ role in the larger search and AI landscapes
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling/indexing, structured data, and site architecture
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CMS platforms) and ability to implement or prototype technical solutions
- Experience building scalable systems or automation workflows for optimization and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience building measurement frameworks and translating data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with editorial, product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Strong understanding of content marketing ecosystems, including editorial workflows and O&O platforms, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across a large, matrixed organization
