Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high‑quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered culture focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life while growing your clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing development.
