Lead Clinician

Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Lead Clinician to provide advanced behavioral health services and clinical leadership within our integrated care team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of patients, conduct diagnostic assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy. You will provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff, ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and community partners.
