Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a clinician in our clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers to maximize function and quality of life.
