This position is located in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia and will require travel to facilities as needed.

Job Description:

Pay Grade: H

Under general supervision, plans or coordinates selling, buying, leasing, or governance activities of commercial or residential real estate properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Draft Letter of Intent or Preliminary Lease Terms.

• Leasing Specialists Prepares Package for DHS Signatures. This includes Lease packet routing to the divisions (DFCS, DCSS and DAS) for preliminary approval.
• Renewal and renegotiations.
• Receive revisions from SPC/Savills.
• Participating in project kick off meetings with SPC/Savills.
• Report maintenance and repair issues and follow up.
• Coordinate move-out inspection form.
• SPC forms (SAF, SUP and SUQ) is to be routed accordingly per division.
• The leasing specialist must be able to attend site visits and be aware of the issues being addressed.
• Review lease documents, renewals, amendments and leases.
• Be able to identify key points from lease and transfer to internal database.
• Must know how to complete financial task including but limited to CAM charges.
• Update Prolease & MicroMain.
• Update internal project tracking spreadsheets.
• Update maintenance tracker.
• Update move in/out tracker.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED AND two (2 Years of experience in commercial real estate, space management or space allocation.
