Outpatient Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a TIRR Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to join our Greater Heights team, working Tuesday–Saturday. In this role, you will evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders in an outpatient rehab setting. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and supporting safe transitions of care.
