Staff Development Coordinator RN

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and training in our long-term and post-acute care community. This on-site role designs, delivers, and evaluates orientation, in-services, and competency programs for nursing and interdisciplinary teams. The RN will assess learning needs, support regulatory and survey readiness, and champion person-centered, faith-based care. Working collaboratively with leaders and frontline staff, the coordinator promotes quality outcomes, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members in best practices and resident-centered service.
