Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, and operational reporting
- Knowledge of payroll systems and workforce administration
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and restaurant management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive problem solver with a strong leadership presence
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with tools like Toast, Sling, Restaurant365, or similar platforms
- Hiring, onboarding, and HR administration experience
- Financial reporting and budgeting background
- Upscale casual or full-service restaurant experience
- Experience building systems, processes, and operational structures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff on the floor to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Oversee schedules, payroll, inventory, and compliance-related processes
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting, labor, and workforce systems
- Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance systems, efficiency, and service quality
