Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our patient-centered, interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients recovering from major illness or injury, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and guide them through goal-driven therapy focused on restoring independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, document progress in our EHR, educate patients and families, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and respect.
