Nursing Manager

St. David's Medical Center seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. The Nursing Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality while ensuring safe, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising RN and support staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care, managing budgets and scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and driving quality and compliance initiatives. The role also mentors nurses, supports professional development, and champions evidence-based practice in alignment with St. David’s culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.
