Registered Nurse

Mountain Ridge Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing facility in Franklin, NH, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care. The RN will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, support short-term rehab and long-term care residents, and document accurately in the EHR.
