Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute facilities. The LPN will provide hands-on clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, therapy, and support teams.
