Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team
