Warehouse Worker

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting the fulfillment and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st Shift M-F (7am-3:30pm / 8am-4:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick customer orders using invoices, pick tickets, or warehouse management systems to locate products and identify required quantities.
• Verify orders line-by-line to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to shipment.
• Pack orders according to company standards, ensuring products are protected during transit and heavier items are placed appropriately.
• Process shipments using various shipping systems and carriers.
• Operate shipping lines and assist with order processing activities.

What's Needed?

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
