Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role provides clinical leadership at the bedside, coordinating patient care for acutely ill adults, supporting nurses, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. The Coordinator assists with staffing, patient flow, and interdisciplinary collaboration, while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include mentorship, participation in performance improvement, use of advanced technology, and support of education and professional development for the PCU team.
