Clinical Nurse Coordinator

CarePartners is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our inpatient rehabilitation unit to lead high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and champion patient safety and quality outcomes.
