Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1860 per week.

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.

Special Requests: - No travel pairs or trios. - Must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. - No RTO during the first week of assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: - RTO cannot exceed 7 days. - Weekends and holidays as needed per department guidelines.

Floating Requirements: - Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
