Electrical Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Irvine, California

Pay Range:$70

What's the Job?

• Lays out and constructs a variety of prototype tools and fixtures required for development purposes.
• Conducts evaluations, tests, and analyses related to feasibility and function.
• Performs troubleshooting and fault isolation activities on breadboards and hybrids.
• Conducts measurements specified in design verification plans, documents and tabulates results, and provides engineering test reports.
• Documents custom tools with specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts to support document control and tool release.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Relevant work experience in performing layout, construction, and evaluation of prototype printed circuit boards, fixtures, and tools.
• Ability to develop new design features as part of existing systems.
• Understanding and compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
• Advanced computer skills, including spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and specialized applications.
